"Sometimes after I drop my kids off at their school and I'm alone in the car, I put in the City Stomp CD and listen to it. If you tell anyone I said that, I'll deny it."

I love Kevin's music classes for two reasons. The first one is on behalf of my kids: My daughter's delight every time we approached the class was obvious—she'd be ripping off her shoes before we hit the front door. She danced, sang, bopped, listened, and yelped with pure delight, especially when it was her turn to be twirled around in Kevin's arms. He took her natural love and appreciation for music and gave it a beat. The second reason I love Kevin's class has to do with me. I'm reluctant when it comes to kid-class things, but Kevin did not make me gag with smarmy cuteness, nor did he make me roll my eyes with annoying hipsterness. He is the perfect balance—a true musician, kid-guy, and an authentically nice person. Also, I had fun and danced like a lunatic myself.

We started taking Kevin's music classes when our son was about a year old. He couldn't get enough of Kevin, his guitar or all of the instruments he was able to play with during class. The highlight of our son's week was Kevin's class, and he has developed a passion for music and an ability to recognize rhythms and beats that we attribute to Kevin. We play Kevin's CDs in the car all the time and our son's hands and feet are constantly tapping to the beat. At home, he plays non-stop with a guitar, drums, cymbals, a mini piano and more as he sings Kevin's songs with a toy microphone. We can't thank Kevin enough for helping our son learn to love music. -----Beth W., Adar's mom

I did this class with my daughter starting when she was an infant through about 2 and a half. We both really, really enjoyed it. Kevin does a wonderful job. It is an entertaining, active, educational class. I think my daughter is musical because of the class. She walks around singing all the time and really enjoys music in general. I would definitely recommend the class.

This is a special class run by a special teacher...Kevin, has a magic touch and imparts his feeling for the music to all of us, kids and adults alike. Our almost 4 year old loves this class and he has hated every class we ever tried with him, and we have tried just about all of them...It's also great that our 1 year old twins can enjoy the class with our big guy - the mixed ages are great. I don't know how Kevin remembers every kid's name every time for the hello and goodbye song, but he does. Our big guy looks forward to it every week. Maggie

Both of our kids have been in classes since they were 3 months. The classes are great still (now they are 3 years and 16 months)! Kevin, our instructor, is terrific- he's warm and energetic with the kids, and always seems to find a way to get them involved.
